Time Blocks
For clients who require peace of mind but greater flexibility we have
support contracts to meet their needs. Instead of a yearly contract
you have the option to purchase in advance Time Blocks of Maintenance
hours. For example you can purchase blocks of 10, 25, or 75
maintenance hours in advance and use them as you need them either for
remote-managed hours, onsite scheduled callouts, emergency callouts,
or for system expansion services. And, because our maintenance services
are offered on a fixed price basis, you know exactly how much you are
spending on maintenance and you will be able to see just how much you
are saving!
Break-Fix Callout Service
If you experience a problem with your computer system but you do not
have a Newdepts Computer Support Services maintenance contract, don’t
worry! You can still avail of our Computer Support Services. Simply
call us (086-1695245) and we will send a qualified technician who will
diagnose the fault with your hardware and give you a quote for the repair.
Preventative maintenance can also be carried out if requested. Each
call is charged individually.
Technical support
Technical support is also available to you either on the phone or on
a callout basis.
Installation Services
Newdepts Computer Support Services can fulfil any ad hoc installation
services that you may require. Services include the installation of
hardware such as printers, PCs, laptops, servers and network infrastructure,
and the installation and configuration of off-the-shelf software packages.
Hardware Upgrade Services
Newdepts Computer Support Services can also fulfil any upgrade services
that you may require. Services include the upgrading of hardware such
as memory upgrades, hard drives, monitors, PCs, laptops, servers, power
